This is a Nick fan cap sold at Tokyo Disney Resort. It has pom-poms in the Aloha shirt colors that Nick wears in Zootopia 2.
It is a new, unused item with tags.
From Saitama Prefecture, it will be sealed in a poly bag to protect against rain and dirt, and shipped via Yu-Yu Mercari Mail with anonymous tracking and insurance from the post office.
