Lip Service Hot Topic MCR "Helena" style dress from the 2000s! The top is detailed with floral designs, it has a wine colored belt and underlayer piece. Also has tulle and adjustable straps.
There is a SMALL white mark on the back bottom of the dress, and has been pictured after the photos of the tags. It's barely noticeable but wanted to note it. Also some light discoloration by the armpits from previous wear, which has an example in the pic after the white mark. No smells to it. This dress is in very good condition otherwise. Been in storage for most of the time.
