Vtg. Cecil the Serpant? plush hand puppet; Korea.

The item is sold as is, as found and as you see it. The puppet is green plush with yellow material inside mouth. He has a red felt like tongue, black plastic eyeballs, vinyl or plastic around pupil material. He has a black plush trim at top of head. He has a cloth label on right side; made in Korea. He may be Cecil the Serpent from the cartoon Beany and Cecil; not sure. He is in good overall condition for age. Lightly soiled inside mouth. The tongue has orange crusted spots, stains and faede a bit. Theresa few white strings next to the tongue meets yellow fabric. No tears; soiled on the yellow. Scratches on black eyeballs. Measures nearly 8" X 6" across.
