He’s in rough shape. His voice box doesn’t work but the pull string still works so this could be used for parts to fix another. There is a small tear on the bottom right and he’s got a lot of surface dirt. The plastic head is in excellent condition for its age very little wear. The beak has the yellow rubbed off a little bit and the head has surface dirt I don’t know if it’s cleanable it doesn’t speak
