Vintage 80s dress with shoulder pads and button down front. Turquoise colour with black pattern. 100% cotton. Label says 'Made in USA, 9/10' but I would say it would fit a smaller UK size 8 (I am an 8/10 and it does up on me but a little bit tight). Missing waist tie as shown in photos but doesn't affect the fit. Very cool dress but it's just not my style, so it's time to let it go!
