Vintage handmade handpainted full wrap skirt. Fabric is a denim chambray with plaid lined soft fabric. The pigs and flowers were painted on and there is a brand tag "Easel Togs" that I couldn't find any information on. The skirt is like new and the lady told me it belonged to her aunt who made it "maybe back in the late 70s early 80s"
