My mom got this and I want to say she told me it was sewn from a Gunne sax pattern but not totally positive. Beautiful handmade dress, vintage, probably from the 70s? There is some wear on the cuffs and some discoloration inside the neckline but overall in great used condition especially for its age. Best guess is it would fit a size women’s small or medium but please view approximate measurements to ensure it’ll fit you. Photos apart of item description.
