Vintage fully working Pearsons of Chesterfield Stone Hot Water Bottle "Pig"

Working, Excellent Condition Beautiful original vintage Pearsons of Chesterfield stone hot water bottle, known as a “pig.” Made from durable salt-glazed stoneware and dating to the early 20th century (c. 1920s–30s). This example is in excellent condition and has been used until very recently by my mum in law, so it is fully functional as well as decorative. The original screw-top lid is present and the seal is intact and watertight. It has a lovely warm beige glaze with a smooth finish. Clearly stamped on the base “Pearsons of Chesterfield.” Perfect for collectors, rustic or cottage interiors, or as a reusable, eco-friendly alternative to modern rubber hot water bottles. No cracks or damage. Very well cared for. Minor age-related marks only, consistent with a genuine antique. Holds water properly.
