This is a rare, vintage, 1920s blue sapphire glass and 12K gold filled tennis-style bracelet. The bracelet is about 7 1/2 inches.
The bracelet features 8 oval-cut links that feature the blue sapphire glass set in sawtooth bezels that are the 12K gold filled. The links are about 3/8" by 1/4" at the widest point. The spring clasp on the bracelet was replaced to a larger size to make the bracelet longer and easier to put on and off. It is also 12K gold filled and is marked 1/20 12K GF.
The bracelet weighs about 7.4 grams.
