Offered is a vintage 1976 Desmond's Townway men's two-piece suit in a cream and grey gingham pattern. Union made and dated October 3, 1976, originally sold at Desmond's Department Store in Los Angeles. Soft wool fabric with authentic 1970s tailoring.
Blazer features wide notched lapels, two-button front, three-button cuffs, three exterior pockets, and no back vent. Trousers are flat front with dramatic flared bellbottom legs, front crease, and zip fly with button strap closure. Pants can be lengthened approximately 1.5".
A strong period-correct statement suit.
