Vintage 1960’s Designer Coat With Real Fur Collar

Vintage 1960’s Designer Wolf & Dessauer Black Heavy Fabric Coat with Authentic Brown Fur Collar. Size Large. This coat was from an Upscale Large Local Department Store in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was in business 1886-1962, 66 Years until it was burned to the ground in 1962. It was a store like Macy’s and the most impressive store in the City. The location and business was then purchased by L.S. Ayer’s then repurchase later by Macy’s. I went to school with the grandson of the original owner at the end of their business. The coat belonged to an older friend of mine. She only purchased Upscale Expensive and Designer Clothing and I purchased many things from her. It is a heavy Winter Coat mid calf in length. Not sure what the Fur Collar is but it is very soft. It is in Excellent condition, no flaws. It looks very impressive on, even now. Slightly fitted at the waistline. I never really wore it and my friend had many coats, so it was not worn often. f1 ag3
