There is fading due to wear. The whiskers and puckering at the hem are also well-worn, giving it a great vintage feel. The arcuate paint stitch is also faintly remaining, and the leather patch is clean, with important details remaining intact, making it a good piece.

Authentic USA-made reproduction of Levi's S501XX from the Valencia factory. A 501 reproduction model from the 1944 Second World War era. The arcuate stitching on the pockets is paint stitch, and the front buttons are laurel wreath donut buttons. The coin pocket has no rivet reinforcement.
The details born from the shortage of materials during the war are still popular today.
