toast is a simple black low-cut sneaker.

This model appears to be inspired by the Converse Jack Purcell.
The upper fabric, sole, and side tape are all very well made, making it a shoe you'll want to take care of, even though it's a low-tech sneaker.
I think it's a sneaker that you can wear regardless of trends due to its universal design.

It's made in Japan and uses the vulcanization process, so I imagine the manufacturing factory is a prestigious one with limited production.

- Condition -
I bought it new in 2020 for around 20,000 yen, but I ended up not wearing it because I wanted to take good care of it, so the condition as a used item is not bad. The soles are hardly worn. The upper canvas is also in great condition. There are no scuffs or tears in the inner lining.

However, it is a used item, so please check the photos for things like dirt on the outsole and color changes on the side tape (it's become a little white).

- Size -
The size is 8 1/2 (8 and a half), and the brand's reference size is 27. Compared to regular models of Converse Jack Purcell and All Star, it's wider and has a higher instep, and it feels slightly larger than a Jack Purcell size 28.
The insole is not removable, but it has good cushioning.
