This is a Flat Head 7007 long-sleeve western shirt. Made in Japan from thick 12oz indigo denim woven on old-style shuttle looms.
Features include: double-needle rolled seams on major parts, "tonton" stitching, six mother-of-pearl snap buttons, western yoke, three-snap button cuffs with a cuff placket, selvedge gussets, and snap-flap pockets on both chest pockets. This is the standard popular denim western shirt "7007" model with the "tonton" stitching.
The fit was a tight, just-right size for someone 178cm tall and weighing 65kg.
Used, with a nice fade.
