This is a 1/8 scale figure of Stocking from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt!
This was made in 2012 by Alter, a company that still makes figures today^^
She looks really nice and is one of the best figures made for PSWG (IMO)

Stocking looks nice overall still ^^ She is about 8 inches tall. She'll be packed very well inside a larger box.
