Hello! Bought this HP laptop years ago and never used it. It's a 20in screen and weights about 15 lbs. I don't know how much RAM it has. There's a two inch scratch on the cover of laptop. But no scratches or cracks on the laptop screen itself. Turns on nicely but it saids it needs a software update, last update was windows 8. I can't unlock it nor can I update it.
This laptop is locked and not been updated since Windows 8.
