Card powers on and displays video. Has experienced crashes in majority of games under load. No physical damage. Can function properly, until you start gaming and then the games start crashing.

I think its a VRam issue. I checked Event Viewer and it says its a driver issue when the games crash. However, i think its from the hardware itself.
