Reed’s crystallized ginger is nuggets of baby ginger root sweetened with only raw cane sugar. Each 16 oz. Bag of candy is made by harvesting tender baby ginger root which is then steeped in raw cane sugar for several days before being allowed to crystallize. This process was taken from the south pacific islands to create this treat.
