The watch is in working order. There is a lot of scuffs and scratches around the case and face of the watch. Due to the old age, the LCD screen has faded. May need a polarizer filter if you want to restore it. This is a rare example as it has the rectangle around the date and has the white led light instead of the green one. It actually appears light orange than white for the led.
