Rare Trina Lewis Art Deco inspired, Grecian style, teal maxi gown, size 12 (vintage size 14)

Rare vintage Art Deco insired, Grecian style, teal gown from English designer Trina Lewis. Dress hangs and drapes beautifully, in an elegant and flattering way. Iridescent beaded Art Deco style design on the front. V neck. Lots of gathers. Very long so it probably creates a train unless you are tall (centre front shoulder to hem approx 58" (148cm)). Label says size 14 but check measurements as vintage, shown on a size 12 model, 5'8" tall and fitted well - waist probably too small for a current size 14. In excellent condition. 100% polyester. Zip opening at back approx 21" (54cm) with hook and eye at top. Hanging loops. Skirt lined, lining has a long split at back, approx 16" (41cm). Waist approx 14.5" (37cm) across, not elasticated but a little stretch in the fabric. Shoulder width approx 16", has small shoulder pads that could be removed. Arm opening approx 7.5" (19cm). Chest difficult to measure as dress is so gathered, but based on width of lined black is very approx 13" (33cm) across. A couple of tiny lengths of hem need re-stiching, and some thread ends could do with tidying (but as sold, just not cut off ends of thread).
