This is a 1994 Happy Holidays Barbie doll. It has NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BOX. It is #12155. I purchased this personally and it has sat in my non-smoking home since purchasing many years ago. There are some dents to the plastic on the upper front portion on the left and right and 2 rub marks on the plastic front...see pictures. Also, a piece of cardboard has come lose and is laying in the front of the box. Pictures of actual item.
