Vintage cream button-up blouse with a tie neckline by Pow-her. This shirt has a full button-up front, long sleeves with a single button cuff and ruching at the wrist, and ruching on the front shoulders. It is pre-owned, with an imperfection in the fabric on the front left arm and middle lower back. There are wrinkle lines at the bottom, most likely from tucking in. And, one small spot on one of the ties that is not noticeable when tied.
Size vintage 13/14. It's made of a silky, satin-like material that is 100% polyester. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low, cool iron.
