Gorgeous periwinkle Chichi London dress. It is a shimmery tulle with an ornate and scalloped lace on the bust and 3/4 sleeves. Looks like it’s from the 1950’s. Beautiful fit and flare style. It was worn one time for a wedding and has otherwise been in storage.
