This cute cloche hat was made in Canada by Ophelia Montreal. Charcoal grey 100% wool felt with black leather flower and vine trim. The flower has an antique silver stud center. No size tag but it measures 23 1/2" around the inside band. Excellent condition. The only issue I see is that a couple of the leather pedals are curled. No damage to the felt or signs of wear to the inside band. Smoke free home. I ship same or next business day.
