Has stretch: 92% Cotton, 6% Polyester, 2% Polyurethane. Made in USA. There are 2 TEENY TINY dark marks on the front. They are in the fabric. See last 2 photos. Really not noticeable in my opinion since the denim is dark and the marks are small. This is how they came when I bought them.
