I used to work at the ROC (Replay Operations Center) when it was located in Chelsea Market and I never wore this pullover. It's an Employee Jacket you could only get from working there. This was from the 2016 Season (when the Cubs won the World Series and broke their curse). It's been kept in a sealed bin in a smoke free home ever since.
