Herve Leger by Max Azria brand. Color: blue, black, gold V-neck and sleeveless bodycon, bandage, heavy weight, designer dress. It has a blue and black wave line patterned design all over. There is black and gold ring lights on the neckline and three rows on the waist. The back of the neck has the same trim, and Ringletts and the back of the waist has three rows of gold rings as well. On the back one of the gold rings is missing. roses in the back with the zipper and still has the return tag on the outside. It is very heavy and durable and has some stretch to it
