This item uses original fabric, woven on old-style power looms from carefully selected raw cotton yarns. The fabric is characterized by its nep and uneven texture. It's a denim fabric dyed with pure indigo, reminiscent of deadstock vintage pieces. The deep blue color promises beautiful fading with age. Using vintage sewing machines and all-cotton thread, the garment offers a superb texture, including puckering and fuzzing of the fabric over time. Furthermore, details such as original brass buttons with gray paint and reinforced gussets at the hem enhance the appeal of this traditional BD shirt.
