This is a mohair cardigan from Needles (Needles).
It's a very popular flare design, and I think it's hard to find.
And it's the rare XS size.
The original design is large, so I think it can be worn by someone who is 165-175cm tall.
Personally, I think it looks really cool to wear it as a layered piece, rather than wearing it loosely.
