An alternative to our 76 degree coconut oil, this 92 degree coconut oil has a higher melting point, perfect for customers living in a hotter state or country. Our refined coconut oil is extracted from the meat (fruit) of the coconut palm. Refining removes the typical coconut smell, leaving it as a clean odorless product with a whitish color. Due to its high content of saturated fatty acids, primarily Lauric Acid (C12:0), the oil is solid at room temperature up to 92°F and highly resistant to rancidity.
