Nakamichi Sankyo Cam Motor Replacement with Adapter Plate BX-300 BX-125 RF-370

This listing includes a cam motor adapter plate and a Nichibo RF-370CH-15370-R for use in a variety of cassette decks that utilize the "Sankyo" transport. Although this arrangement can be used in any of the Sankyo transports, it is important to verify that the motor and adapter will actually physically fit in the machine when installed as the RF-370CH-15370-R is longer than the original cam motor. Some decks are very tight while others are quite roomy.
Normally the dual capstan transports will provide more room than the single capstan transports due to the location of the cam motor. The distance from the front of the adapter to the back of the motor was measured to be 32.42mm. Some modifications maybe required to the deck to fit the motor on certain machines.

The adapter plate is machined from 304SS Stainless with a nominal diameter of 24mm and a nominal thickness of just 1.6mm. Adapter plate will include (2) flat head stainless M3 screws to mount the RF-370CH-15370-R.
