The Moulinex K1012014 vegetable mill comes with 2 stainless steel grids, one fine and one coarse. The interchangeable, acid-resistant tinned-steel disks allow you to choose the texture of the vegetables once you are done. The fine disk creates a silky broth and a nice tomato purée whereas the coarse disk refines apples into sauce and rice’s potatoes magnificently. The easy-to-grip plastic knob on the crank handle turns the blade smoothly and easily. The featured serrated legs allow you to set the mill over a variety of pots or bowls too making it more convenient to use.
