The number "5" in the upper left corner and the "D" in Monkey D. Luffy appear to be misaligned with the frame.
There is a possibility this is an error card, but I cannot confirm.
It's not a complete error since there is gold foil, but...
Please only purchase if you are okay with the possibility of it being an error card, or not.
