This very pretty TN cover is brand new and unused. However, when it arrived to me directly from Mommy Lhey, there were indentations from the elastic closure band. This was probably how it was stored, and the indentations do not come out. I have stored them without the closure band since I've received it, and I have not noticed any improvement. This doesn't bother me, but some people may mind - the cover is being sold AS IS. With repeated use over time, it would likely happen anyway. The indentations are really not noticeable when the elastic band is in place.
It comes with 2 clear dashboards and a blank insert. The clear dashboards are thin and have some indentations from the pockets while being stored. This does not affect functionality whatsoever, and you can still see clearly whatever you put in them. There may also be factory dust/residue in the dashboards as well, which may require you to wash/wipe them down. This is how I received them.
