- the binder came flawed: the bottom ring is slightly misaligned. the ring issue is not really noticeable but it does make the pages pass through a bit more tightly than it should. it might be fixable but i didn't want to possibly make it worse. (see all photos).
- the binder hasn't been used beyond trying it out and seeing the slight issue.
- it will come in the original box / packaging i received it in.
