In fantastic condition! The only flaw is that the second to the last button on the bottom, interior flap, fell off about a week after I bought it.
Lululemon couldn't fix it.
I've worn it twice and decided it is a little too long for me, and not the best color for me. Bought a shorter black one and just have no need for two of the same coat.
No signs of wear other than the interior button missing.
My home is both smoke free and pet free.
