Lucy and Yak dungarees- seconds? Size M30

My mum saw these and picked them up for me, knowing I like them- but these are too small for me. They are clearly Lucy and Yak by the labels inside, but I think these are seconds - the inside labels have been snipped (see photos) and the usual label on the front patch pocket is missing- there are no stitch marks, so looks like it was never there?? The sizing is right, I'm a 14 and these fit me but they're snug on the hips. Lovely teal/petrol colour. There is a small white fabric fault on the front right leg, see photo- and a few very faint pinkish marks on the same leg, they look like bleach spots, maybe? I've tried to photograph them but they're hard to see. Only worn a couple of times, decided they were too snug for me!
