Lights Out Lures Pencil Popper

The Lights Out Lures Pencil Popper is a modern rendition of a classic surf fishing plug.  Hand turned, through wired and rigged with heavy Krok swivels and 4x hooks.  Weighted well for long casts in less than ideal conditions, these plugs will quickly become your go-to when gamefish are feeding on the surface.  But don’t wait until you see fish on the surface to pull one out of your bag.  Pencil poppers are great fish raisers and can be used to tell you if gamefish are in the area.
