This is very fragile- multiple plants have had to be glued back on in a neat manner. These include the large green house plant, front porch left plant, the ladder, and plant next to the ladder. There are touchy spots when retrieving the house, would recommend treating it more fragile than other lemax homes. May shake loose during transit and need to be superglued again. The green house top sits on the home to access the plants if it falls again. Doesn't affect the house at all. There is a broken window, uncertain if that's original or part of the rundown look. Greenhouse sign and weather vein are loose attachments a part of setup
