Dusty, yellowing on wheels (can be removed with hydrogen peroxide), small dark marks we couldn't remove but overall a very nice piece.
Missing two rubber band small (item number x88 in black on BrickLink), otherwise intact as far as we can tell. No instructions or box. Please refer to pictures for more details and ask any questions you have. More pictures available upon request.
