This is a rare set. It's a set from 55 years ago, and it's unlikely you'll find another one in this condition.
It's an old LEGO set, the Fire Station set from the Town series, released in 1970. Being from the 70s, it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item.
The No. 357 from 1973, which I have listed separately, is the successor to this set. This one is the rarer, older version.
It comes with two fire trucks and one ambulance. All the distinctive parts like windows, doors, ladders, cranes, and flags are the old type. The baseplate is the original garage space with dots, and it uses the red tow hook, which is a very rare part, making it a valuable set.
The garden trees are substitutes. Other than that, there are no part substitutions or missing parts.
The original instruction manual is included.
