This is a beautiful, fancy dress. The lace overlay is velvet (or at least, velvety). There is a under layer that has tulle peeking out of the bottom. Has a removable belt with rhinestones. The only flaws I found was the belt has creases (magnified in the light because the belt is shiny) and the raw edge tulle is bunched up in a few places.
