Grease traps are designed for removing and isolating Fat, Oil and Grease (F.O.G) from drainage water. This Commercial Grade Grease Trap is constructed of TIG welded 11 gauge (1/8 inch thick) carbon steel with a corrosion resistant coating. It features a non skid cover (deck plate) and removable baffle, which makes maintanence easy and accessible. The cover also features a locking device to ensure lid stays securely closed. Both Ends of the Grease Interceptor accept no-hub adapters for steel or plastic. The T-Vent Pipe Flow Control Tee is included. Certified by the Plumbing and Drainage Institute. John Boos Grease Traps are available in a variety sizes, ranging from 8 to 100 pound capacities.
