The only flaw is the armrest have some ripping but can be repaired with the right leather treatment and repair. The gray chair is italian made bought from Danish inspirations store, a high end furniture store. You are saving a lot on buying a brand new one even with the cost of repair.
You can remove the arm rest and this chair will look great.
