The Irix UV filter also ensures good protection of the lens in extreme conditions and has been specially designed for the Irix 15mm f/2.4 Firefly and Blackstone lens. Its discrete contour with serrated edges offers a very good grip and aesthetic features in harmony with the entire Irix product range. The glass surfaces of the Irix filters are coated with a multi-layer anti-glare treatment that maintains a crisp, natural colour image. The water-repellent treatment keeps the glass surface stain-free even in rainy conditions.
