Handmade! It does not have a tag or size but I'm 5'4" and 130lbs and it's a little big on me so it's maybe a medium 8. Not crazy big, but I want it tighter. Otherwise, it's a dream! The pictures do not do it justice! The fringe feels so good and the material is super comfortable. Feels slightly heavy so you know it's not cheap. Smoke free home. Only worn to try on.
