This is a restraint belt that came with the special set of the crowdfunding project "Guardian".
It pursues a simple structure, is thin, lightweight, and minimizes the risk of failure, designed to be easy for anyone to handle.
The method of use is also extremely simple: wrap it around the subject's legs or arms*, and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener to exert its restraining force.
*Pass through the loop and tighten, then wrap.
This restraint belt is designed on the premise that the subject will be monitored and guarded in close proximity after being restrained.
