This fabric uses thick count yarn spun from cotton mainly harvested in the southern United States.
It's a long-selling fabric from Cone Denim, using tightly spun ring yarn for the warp and flat, thick yarn for the weft.
This denim has a unique bulky texture characteristic of American cotton and a beautiful natural vertical fading effect from washing.
The dye is also different; while generally powdered indigo is used, Cone Denim uses paste-like indigo dye, resulting in a unique faded blue color after washing.
