These are vintage mahjong tiles, with only minor wear and tear from use, and no noticeable major scratches. There are also no cracks whatsoever. These are 27 mm tiles, which fall into the large size category among the Maruichi brand of mahjong tiles. The distinctive, unique font and the comfortable weight of the tiles make them easy to handle. The tile size is 27 x 20 x 16.5 mm. This later-model "Himawari" (sunflower) set differs from the earlier model, and because fewer were produced, opportunities to see them are rare.
