Item does not include a battery charger. Item was purchased with the intent to be used but has set stored in a garage for approximately 1.5 years. Item is completely untested and I have never personally used it. Purchasing item as is. Comes exactly as shown and I tried to provide as many photos as possible of the item. Includes both battery shown as well. I don't have any other DeWalt tools and probably shouldn't have purchased this in the first place. Once again item is untested and comes as is.
